Solicitors with court documents or important letters to serve use Tracing Bureau’s back office team of process servers as an effective resource for carrying out this work.

Where the target has gone missing, our tracing department gives the advantage of being able to fulfill the entire job – Trace and Serve – without the need to bring in other agencies.

Regardless of the subject of the document which could relate to anything from debt to domestic violence, it is a job that brings us into contact with the full spectrum of society and therefore requires an approach that is sensitive, adaptable and successful.

Typically documents served include: – Statutory demands, Order to attend court, Bankruptcy petition, Injunctions, Non molestation orders.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our attendance notes.  We keep a meticulous record of the entire chain of events leading up to and including the process serving in order to provide an unambiguous and watertight affidavit or certificate.

Standard Process Serving covers the delivery of debt related letters or court documents at an address in the UK mainland. A maximum of two visits will be made to the given address.  Fee: £90 plus swear fee and disbursements where applicable + VAT.

Priority or Personal Serving covers the service of process that does not fall within the standard service where personal service and or urgency are imperative.  Fee £50 per hour, mileage at 60p per mile plus swear fee and disbursements where applicable + VAT.
